We ship in monthly batches to ensure safe, controlled delivery of all live fish.
Orders placed, before the cut-off of the 10th will ship during the final week of the same month.
Orders placed after the cut-off automatically move to the next month’s shipping batch.
Cold Weather Warning: To ensure fish safety, all orders are now pre-orders, shipping from February 1, 2026. - Normal schedule will be continued after backorders are delivered.
During delivery week, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your assigned delivery day.
You’ll receive a text message when your delivery is next on route. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
All fish are sent via DX Express, APC Overnight or an other licensed courier depending on your location, to provide the fastest and safest route.
Your betta is covered by our live arrival guarantee, provided someone is home for the first delivery attempt.
If a fish arrives DOA, send a clear photo and a video of the fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement in the next batch or issue store credit equal to the fish value.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are not accepted for biosecurity reasons.
